Starting Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Must work Saturdays. Off Sundays and one weekday.

Key Requirements:

• Strong sales experience
• Proven management and leadership background
• Excellent computer and administrative skills
•  Must be available to work Saturdays

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and stock processing

• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to meet sales goals

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards

• Oversee store operations and ensure policy compliance

• Address customer/staff concerns professionally

• Maintain strong product knowledge and team performance

• Perform additional managerial duties as needed

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly

• Forklift experience preferred

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Must pass drug screen and background check

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required.
