Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, providing product information, and supporting outside sales efforts. This role involves a high level of customer interaction—both over the phone and via email—requiring excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking product information, quotes, and order placement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage inventory inquiries

Work closely with outside sales reps to support customer accounts and project needs

Provide accurate pricing and delivery information

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive activity

Handle customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
