3rd shift 9:30pm-6am Monday-Friday

Pay: $16.55/hr plus shift differential

Purpose: Operate machines in the mixing area to produce dough efficiently, safely, and according to quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the daily production schedule to meet customer needs.

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately and on time.

• Monitor product quality and fix any issues that come up.

• Track raw materials used in mixing.

• Follow allergen control and cleaning procedures.

• Help keep the work area clean and organized (5S system).

• Act on audit findings and help solve problems.

• Focus on safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals.

• Follow all food safety and workplace safety rules.

• Complete required safety and food quality training.

• Do other tasks as needed.

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent heavy lifting, bending, and lifting materials overhead.
