Location: Springdale

Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 4pm to finish or Sunday-Wednesday 4pm to finish 

Pay: $18+ depending on experience

Position Overview
This role is responsible for sustaining the operational condition, safety, and functionality of company facilities and equipment. The position requires proactive maintenance, timely repairs, and diligent monitoring of all building systems within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, machinery, and operating systems to detect maintenance needs or performance issues.

• Execute repairs on malfunctioning equipment and structural components.

• Conduct scheduled quality and performance evaluations on equipment and systems to ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records for tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in general maintenance within a manufacturing setting.

• Ability to work overtime as required.

• Successful completion of a drug screening and criminal background check.

• Steel-toe safety boots required.

• Ability to work in environments with extreme cold temperatures.
